Shopping And Orders

1. What is the shipping time?
Our current shipping times are between 7-21 days depending on your location. Please allow the full 21 days from the order date to receive your order, and if you need any updates or have any issues with the tracking - feel free to reach out to us with your order number and enquiry via email at [email protected] or via our Contact Us page.
2. Which payment will be accepted?
Currently we only accept Paypal

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so modifications or cancellations may be limited. Contact our customer support as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
5.How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.

Refund

1. What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].
3. What about damage issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. How to exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
